AVTX-101
Reelin Gene Therapy
Gene Therapy | Preclinical
Our gene therapy platform uses an engineered functional reelin minigene designed to provide sustained reelin signaling while overcoming the size limitations of conventional AAV vectors.
The approach enables targeted expression of functional reelin biology in disease-relevant brain regions and is being explored for disorders where durable restoration of reelin signaling may provide meaningful therapeutic benefit.
Lead indication: Cognitive impairment associated with schizophrenia (CIAS)

Reelin Pathway Activators
Small Molecule | Discovery
We are developing brain-penetrant small molecules designed to activate reelin pathway signaling and reproduce key downstream effects of reelin in a practical, orally administered therapy.
Our discovery program is initially focused on disorders characterized by synaptic dysfunction and impaired cognition, with opportunities across neurodevelopmental, neuropsychiatric, and neurodegenerative disease.
Initial focus: Fragile X syndrome and other disorders of synaptic dysfunction
