Avendia Therapeutics was founded on decades of research demonstrating the central role of reelin in brain development, synaptic function, plasticity, and cognition.

Our founders bring complementary expertise in reelin biology, neuroscience, drug discovery, and CNS therapeutic development. Together, we are translating a deep understanding of reelin signaling into a pipeline of potential medicines for neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
